About the Course

Stepping into supervision can feel overwhelming. You might be asking yourself: Am I ready? What if I don't have all the answers? How do I actually support my supervisees effectively? This online course is designed for professionals like you who are either beginning their supervision journey or looking to deepen their practice. We don't just throw theory at you—we help you integrate it into real-world supervision. You'll explore The Wholeness Solution framework and multiple evidence-based supervision models (psychoanalytic, relational, systemic, and the 7-eyed model). You'll tackle the real challenges: ethical boundaries, legal frameworks, and what to do when things get complicated. Most importantly, you'll develop your own supervisory voice and style—not by copying others, but by understanding your strengths and building on them. Ready to become the supervisor you've always wanted to be? Let's get started.

About the Trainers

This online course is created by Lynsey Daniels, our Course Director and an experienced supervision practitioner and trainer who has walked the path you're on. With deep expertise in multiple supervision models and years of supporting both new and experienced supervisors, they understand the real questions, challenges, and breakthroughs that happen in supervisory relationships. Lynsey will be supported by a number of guest speakers and trainers, all with a vast array of therapeutic experience.  Their approach is grounded in both theory and practice—combining psychoanalytic, relational, and systemic frameworks with honest, practical wisdom about what actually works in the room. They're passionate about helping supervisors discover their authentic style and build the confidence to handle whatever comes up.
