About the Course
This two-part training explores how Polyvagal Theory can inform Educational Psychotherapy practice and deepen our understanding of nervous system regulation within therapeutic and educational relationships. Participants will consider how safety, connection, regulation, and co-regulation can support therapeutic work with children and young people who have experienced trauma. The sessions will offer both theoretical understanding and practical reflections relevant to Educational Psychotherapy settings.
