About the Course
This practice session focuses on recognising and responding to trauma as it emerges in real time within Educational Psychotherapy sessions. Participants will explore the therapeutic process moment-by-moment, considering attunement, regulation, rupture and repair, emotional communication, and relational safety. The session will support practitioners in thinking carefully about how trauma presents itself within the therapeutic encounter and how Educational Psychotherapists can remain present, reflective, and responsive.
